Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and actions according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.; Monitor access points and assist with visitor and employee screening processes, helping to support authorized access and a professional environment.; Assist with emergency and medical-related situations by communicating with site personnel and/or first responders and following post orders and location procedures.
