Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and emergency response support when appropriate; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to unusual activity and property conditions; Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity, assist with directional guidance, and support a professional and welcoming atmosphere; Support security-related operations by reporting maintenance concerns, disturbances, and policy-related issues, while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific post instructions
