    Job Description:

    Cydecor is seeking a Navy Action Officer to provide program requirements management support for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) and Close in Weapon System (CIWS).     Responsibilities include:

    • Provide on-site support, strategic analysis, and well-integrated/coordinated support for N96Ci Weapons Branch in accordance with DoD program requirements management and acquisition oversight policies and strategies.
    • Provide program requirements management support at the resource sponsor level for programs related to Close in Weapon Systems (CIWS), Self Defense (Rolling Airframe Missile), Intensive Munitions, Navy Surface Fires Support (NSFS) and various gun systems and ammunition.
    • Prepare briefs, outlines, draft reports and publications and documentation to support flag level technical and financial briefings/meetings and major milestone decisions.
    • Assist in drafting white papers, concept papers, memorandum of agreements (MOA), impact statements, technical reports, meeting summaries, test results, and pertinent issues relating to the overarching Defense Planning Guidance activities.
    • Maintain daily liaison with OPNAV N96's Division and Branch chain of command senior leadership.
    • Prepare and track milestone documentation.
    • Monitor programs and projects to measure progress towards reaching objectives in an effective economical manner.
    Here's what you need:
    • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in performing operational functions and applying mission associated concepts, policies, requirements processes, and program guidance. Experience includes regular interactions with senior leadership, internal and external to affiliated organizations.
    • Expert level knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
    • Intimate knowledge of CIWS, RAM, SeaRAM, component programs to include primary interfaces with combat systems.
    • Must understand the interrelationships among existing Program of Record weapons and combat systems along with the new and emerging technologies, and how to best incorporate those technologies to find multi-purpose applications in a cost efficient and timely manner.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in schedule and performance/technical aspects of current, future, and interrelated programs.
    • Advanced knowledge of missile operational employment and concepts to ensure the program outpaces threats (i.e., ASCM threats).
    Security Clearance:
    • Active Secret Clearance
    Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree or 10 Years equivalent experience

    • Onsite
