Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, restricted areas, access points, parking locations, and perimeter zones; Monitor entrances, exits, and credentialed areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity in accordance with location rules and post orders; Prepare clear, timely reports of observed activity, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and location contacts
