Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe coming and going activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, support visitor processing, and follow site protocols for restricted areas.; Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, patrol activity, and/or notable observations, and assist with following post orders and location procedures during routine and emergency situations.
