    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Immigration Associate to join our Immigration practice. Our team advises a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and individuals, on complex immigration matters.

    The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage client cases from initial preparation through filing and completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, file, and manage immigration cases with government agencies, including document collection, review, drafting, and submission.
    • Handle a broad range of business immigration processes, including but not limited to EB-1, NIW, PERM, O-1, E-2/E-1, L-1, H-1B, Conrad 30 waivers, hardship waivers, and EB-5.
    • Conduct research on complex immigration issues, industry trends, and case strategies.
    • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate filings.
    • Produce high-quality work under strict deadlines using firm systems and document management tools.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service and support.
    Qualifications:
    • One to three years of experience practicing immigration law, preferably within a law firm.
    • Active bar membership in the State of New York.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with document management systems is preferred.
    • Team-oriented, professional, and proactive approach to work.

    Additional Information:
    This position requires on-site attendance five days per week.
