Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, verify access permissions when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs; Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with crowd management, directional support, and/or response coordination during unusual events
