Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and documented post procedures; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts or public officials when appropriate; Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and/or incident documentation, reporting security-related concerns, policy violations, or maintenance issues according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and restricted areas for signs of unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or other security-related concerns
