Security Officer - Armed Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed patrol post in a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local law enforcement when needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or merchandise-sensitive locations for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft concerns.; Assist with access control, de-escalation, and/or post-incident follow-up while maintaining a visible presence and providing detailed reports of security-related events.
