Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with site protocols.; Assist with de-escalation, directional support, and general assistance for patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
