Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe site activity, assisting with visitor screening, directional support, and other security-related duties consistent with location protocols.; Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and completing routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns.
