Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, entrances, roadways, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as assigned; Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior at the location; Monitor access activity and support residential property rules by observing for unusual conditions, assisting with inquiries, and communicating security-related information to appropriate personnel
