Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and emergency actions at a utility location; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and leadership; Support site operations during weather events, outages, and other service disruptions by following post orders and assisting with traffic direction and incident reporting
