Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and coordinating security-related responses when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.; Monitor cameras, alarm activity, radio traffic, and dispatch systems to help support timely awareness of conditions across the location.; Document incidents, activity logs, visitor information, and shift communications with accuracy, and pass along updates to incoming personnel and management.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with duties that may include observing production, warehouse, shipping, and other industrial areas for unusual activity.
