Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post instructions and reporting protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; Monitor entry and exit points, verify badges or credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures; Prepare clear reports on incidents, patrol activity, and/or maintenance or access concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
