Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document relevant details for site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and/or perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or potential policy violations; Monitor entry points, common areas, and/or visitor activity while following location procedures for access control, badge verification, and reporting; Support a professional presence in a fast-paced technology-focused location by communicating clearly with staff and/or visitors and reporting security-related concerns as needed
