Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or access permissions, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel; Maintain a visible armed presence while following post orders, applicable regulations, and Allied Universal standards for handling sensitive environments and customer interactions
