Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Monitor the front desk area, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct authorized guests, employees, and vendors in accordance with site access procedures.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and other required documentation, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.; Answer questions, assist with badge and entry procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence and attention to site-specific protocols.
