Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic media and technology location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and/or permissions, and report irregularities, policy violations, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Support day-to-day site operations by providing directions, assisting with security-related questions, and maintaining a professional presence during high-traffic periods, special activities, and/or after-hours operations.
