Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or other concerning behavior; Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately and communicate professionally with local management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal team members as needed
