      • Compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Safety Protocols.
      • Knowledge of patient privacy (HIPAA) and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
    • Computer Literacy:

      • Strong computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite) and accurate data entry skills.
    • Organizational Skills:

      • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

      • Excellent communication skills, including effective listening.
      • Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement.
    • Team Collaboration:

      • Ability to work as part of a team.

      • Flexibility to accept additional duties for facility needs.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Education and Experience:
      • Degree from an approved medical school (D.O. or M.D.) with an approved residency.
      • Current Pennsylvania medical license required.
      • Two to five years or more of practicing experience preferred.
