    Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

    • Champion customer service: Answer incoming calls and communications, always going the extra mile to ensure every customer's needs are met with urgency and care.
    • Master multitasking: Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities-coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate concrete deliveries.
    • Lead by example: Set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the Central Dispatch team.
    • Drive operational efficiency: Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that keep our operations running smoothly.
    • Resolve challenges: Manage customer inquiries, address delivery or quality issues, and turn problems into opportunities to exceed expectations.
    • Foster collaboration: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
    • Promote safety: Uphold all safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for everyone.
    • Support continuous improvement: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning and process enhancements.
