Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or first responders; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel; Support site operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post logs, and following directives related to access control, emergency procedures, and/or specialized post orders
