Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points; Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry of personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles in accordance with site protocols; Observe for property damage, suspicious behavior, traffic concerns, and/or operational issues that could affect the location, and report findings through appropriate communication channels
