Serves as a senior advisor and primary consultant on Intelligence plans and operations. These include but are not limited to: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement & Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Counterintelligence (CI) and all associated intelligence support functions enabling global operations in support of USCYBERCOM and the remaining nine Combatant Commands.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management and oversight.
Manages and oversees Intelligence Program Development. Recommends and oversees DoW and contractual arrangements for developing 16 AF's intelligence future roles.
Serves as a technical expert on Intelligence issues. Represents the 16 AF (AFCYBER) in meetings with senior leaders from other MAJCOMs, Air Staff, DoW, Combatant Commands, National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), other national agencies, and congressional staff members.
