Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, site contacts, and/or public personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and/or employee activity, and document incidents, observations, and daily operations in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.; Support public-facing operations by providing directions, answering routine questions, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns through proper channels.
