Security Officer Patrol Operations

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures.; Support access control, visitor processing, and after-hours patrol responsibilities while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear directions and assistance as needed.
