Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, entry points, hallways, parking areas, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and/or deliveries while following property rules and documenting security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns.; Support the overall appearance and order of the location by identifying potential issues, communicating with property contacts, and assisting with security-related requests as needed.
