Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with site protocols, and report policy violations or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Support access control, alarm response, and general site operations while maintaining professional communication and awareness of changing conditions across the location
