Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, staff, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public cultural location.; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout outdoor grounds, walkways, gathering areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, activity areas, and high-traffic spaces for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or suspicious items, providing courteous directions and de-escalation support when needed.; Support event and public access operations by helping with crowd flow, line organization, restricted area monitoring, and coordination with site representatives and/or first responders during incidents or special activities.
