    Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance is required to start Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Dam Neck) SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Technician. The selected candidate will support software and electronic systems development efforts through troubleshooting, integration, testing, and technical analysis activities supporting advanced SIGINT and related engineering systems. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Develop and support software system testing procedures, programming, and technical documentation Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environments, interfaces with other systems, internal and external controls, and system outputs Assist in analyzing feasibility, costs, timelines, and compatibility with hardware and existing software systems Support software development and troubleshooting activities utilizing one or more programming languages within Unix, Windows, Linux operating environments Support integration, installation, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and maintenance activities for electronic and software systems Assist with system documentation, testing procedures, and operational support activities Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Five (5)+ years of progressive experience supporting production, integration, installation, repair, troubleshooting, or maintenance of electronic systems or equipment Three (3)+ years of full-time professional hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and/or testing of major systems or equipment Experience supporting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems or related electronic/software systems environments Experience with one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, and/or other object-oriented programming languages Familiarity with Unix, Windows, Linux operating systems Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, or other similar containerization/software orchestration tools Experience developing web-based applications, preferably using Angular, React, .Net, or other frameworks Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and integrated systems Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to quickly learn and apply new programming/testing/troubleshooting skills and techniques, and adapt within a dynamic development environment The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment third-party background check which may include verification of any of the following: Employment history; Education and/or certifications; Criminal history; Driving Records; Other records or information related to the candidate's suitability for the position.
