Job Details
- BC/BE in Rheumatology
- Physician owned multi-specialty group
- Adding a second Rheumatologist to the group due to growth in the area
- Clinic is located just one mile from the hospital.
- Board certified or board eligible considered if residency completed in last 5 years
- Excellent communication skills required
- Private physician office with exam and procedure rooms as needed
- Front office, back-office and support staff as needed
- Schedule Monday through Thursday, Friday until 12pm
- Good working relationship with hospital administration and medical staff
- Participate in internal medicine call rotation (4 days month) or take own call
- Expectation of ownership which provides significant additional compensation opportunity
- Clinic participates in traditional fee-for-service contracts with most Medicare, commercial and preferred provider plans; a few of these plans offer bonus incentives for quality performance
- Generous compensation package including a 2 year salary guarantee with RVU incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME, health, dental, vision, life
