- Employed outpatient opportunity
- The patient volume is quality-based and seeing 16-18 per day
- New patients are scheduled at 40-minute intervals and follow-ups are 20 minutes
- Practice call is phone call only
- Professional satisfaction, Peer collaboration
- Balanced work/life clinic hours 7:30 AM 5 PM, M F
- Practice call telephonic 1:15 or better
- The physician-run organization, Exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients
- Small panel size ( patients)
- Complimentary concierge service: Onsite pharmacy, labs, diagnostics, Door to doctor transportation, Acupuncture, Optometry, Podiatry, Case management, and social work services
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- Active Virginia License
- Geriatric Fellowship is a plus but not required
