- Credentialing: 60-90 days, emergency privileges are available
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified General Surgery, residency and Fellowship required
- Certifications: BLS, ATLS, DEA
- Licensure: Active Colorado license required or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
