    Portland, Maine: A respected physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty group seeks two skilled Endocrinologists to help launch a new specialty service at their flagship Portland location. This practice has 100 physicians serving more than 90,000 patients across southern Maine with a focus on patient-centered care.These outpatient positions offer meaningful work, a collaborative practice environment, and a prime setting in one of New Englands most desirable coastal cities. New fellowship graduates and experienced endocrinologists are both welcomed by this Equal Opportunity Employer.You will help manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and adrenal/pituitary conditions with access to modern diagnostic tools such as thyroid ultrasound, fine needle aspiration, insulin pumps, and CGM. The group supports innovation, quality improvement projects, and optional inpatient teaching, with a strong emphasis on physician input and satisfaction. Physicians here enjoy modern facilities, an AI-enhanced EMR, a collegial workplace culture, and the opportunity to grow into a shareholder role.As the practice launches this new specialty, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Endocrinology, supported by a collaborative multispecialty team. You will have a convenient full-time schedule (40 hours) with Wednesdays reserved for administrative duties. This integrated practice model includes on-site collaboration with the practices many primary care physicians along with specialists in cardiology, dermatology, neurology, ENT, OB/GYN, pain management, and more, to provide inclusive care for their shared patients.You will earn a very competitive salary plus a starting bonus, and more bonuses based on productivity and quality.
