Shift: 8 hours: Required, 10 hours: Preferred.

Case Type(s): General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Peds.
Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes.
Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
Site Charting System: Epic.
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 30.
Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
Will NOT entertain any candidates who cannot work this needed week.
Please be advised this position is for ONE week of summer coverage.
$2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
