JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Center in Vermont is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our established Diabetes & Endocrinology practice. We offer an exceptionally competitive salary and benefits package including signing bonus, relocation expenses, and educational loan repayment. This outpatient practice is adjacent to the main hospital campus. The physicians, certified diabetes educators, registered dietician, and nursing staff create a comprehensive health team for our patients and our colleagues. HOSPITAL:A 150-bed hospital founded more than 120 years ago that provides preventive, diagnostic, acute and rehabilitative services. We are equidistance from two tertiary care centers, both within driving distance or accessible by helicopter in emergencies. The hospital's medical staff is supported by excellent nurses (Magnet recognized), high quality diagnostic and ancillary services and a broad array of sophisticated equipment technology, including advanced diagnostic imaging, a top-of-the-line linear accelerator used in the treatment of cancer patients, and a diagnostic Cardiovascular and Angiographic Lab. We support a strong culture of patient and employee engagement which has garnered multiple awards from national organizations that measure patient outcomes as well as successful engagement.
