JOB DESCRIPTION:Healthcare system in coastal South Carolina is seeking a BE/BC General Gastroenterologist to join an established practice with 3 other physicians. This position offers:Great balance of work and family life17 county referral areaShared call Competitive Base Salary Plus RVU Bonus, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Qualifies for PSLF, Retirement and Full Health Benefits, PTO, CME Days and Allowance and Paid Malpractice. HOSPITAL:A 200 bed hospital with three campuses that offer a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. This location features interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, vascular surgery, orthopedics, and a DaVinci robotics program. Primary care, Hospitalists, and critical care/pulmonary medicine physicians support all three campuses. COMMUNITY:Known for its fresh seafood, fishing charters, annual blue crab festival, and historic centuries-old live oak trees, it is one of the last communities on the Grand Strand where a slower pace of life still exists. Residents and visitors alike share more peaceful days in this quaint fishing village while still being just a short drive to all the Grand Strand's famous attractions, signature golf courses, unique variety shows, shopping outlets and world-class entertainment.
