Hospital-employed group of board-certified Urologists and two midlevel providers is growing to meet increasing community demand. This collegial group of excellent physicians practice in a new office located on the hospital campus easily accessible to the OR and da Vinci robot. Strong community need guarantees that a new physician will have a robust practice very quickly. Ideal candidate will have General Urology training. Candidates with subspecialties will also be considered. Competitive salary includes a two-year salary guarantee followed by a RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. Malpractice insurance, 32 days of paid time off per year, CME stipend, generous relocation package, and the payment of licenses and fees are components of a competitive benefits package.
