Primary Care Near Boston, MA Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC/BE Internists and Family Practitioners to join their team Base salary: $190,0000 - $210,000 DOE plus $10K bonus Three locations to choose from - 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 50 minutes from Boston Call - either two weekday call shifts or one weekend call shift per month - taken via phone only See an average of 20-22 patients per day Schedule: 32 patient contact hours per week 8 hours of administrative time Admin time can be taken remotely - most providers work 4 days per week in the office and one day from home Providers must work one evening per week (until 7 pm) Patient panels of approximately 1200 EMR: NextGen Opportunity for Medical Director available, if desired Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, STD/LTD, retirement with match, CME time and 3k reimbursement, 4 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, 3 personal days, 5 sick days, and 3 extended sick days, and more!
