We are seeking OB/GYN physicians for a hospitalist role providing 24/7 in-house coverage for obstetric emergencies. Work closely with local OB providers to ensure all patients receive safe, expert care from experienced physicians. Position Highlights: 7 (24-hour) shifts per month " no call or practice management Guaranteed shifts with competitive hourly compensation Flexible scheduling and potential for bonuses Comprehensive medical, dental, vision & Rx coverage CME allowance and 401k with employer match Malpractice coverage with unlimited tail Leadership and professional development opportunities Strong peer support network Approx. 21 days off each month Facility Environment: The birthing center offers personalized delivery experiences with access to advanced maternal-fetal and neonatal care. The unit handles approximately 3,100 annual deliveries in a collaborative, well-supported setting. Location: Austin combines a thriving economy with excellent safety ratings and a vibrant cultural scene. Known as the live music capital of the world, the city features over 250 music venues, the Austin City Limits Music Festival, and year-round outdoor recreation in scenic Texas Hill Country. -
