Division Chair, Vascular SurgeryLocation: Burlington, MABoard Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery• Leadership opportunity within a nationally recognized tertiary academic medical center and regional medical school campus • Highly visible role responsible for shaping the strategic direction, clinical excellence, and growth of a premier vascular surgery program • Oversight of a comprehensive vascular program featuring a state-of-the-art Endovascular OR Suite and full-service Vascular Lab • Lead clinical innovation, research initiatives, and educational programs while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care • Drive excellence in both open and endovascular procedures, focusing on patient outcomes, safety, access, and overall experience • Recruit, mentor, and develop faculty and trainees; foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment • Oversee operational performance including staffing, workflow optimization, resource planning, and budget management • Champion quality improvement initiatives and implementation of evidence-based practices across the division • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrative leadership, and system partners to advance integrated vascular care • Support ongoing academic growth through research, scholarship, and teaching initiatives • Qualifications: •M.D. or D.O. (or international equivalent) •Board Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery •Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts •Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice with demonstrated leadership experience •Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic leadership skills • Compensation: •Base salary range: $650,000 - $700,000 annually •Potential eligibility for performance-based incentives, including productivity and quality bonuses •Total compensation influenced by experience, training, specialty, and other applicable factors
