Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care needs. Collaborative Practice: Work closely with our team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care, promoting optimal health outcomes. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and overall healthcare delivery. Patient Education: Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey. Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. Licensure: Possess a valid medical license in the state of Tennessee or be eligible for licensure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
