Job Details Job Title: Physician - Family Medicine PRN Shift: Day Schedule: PRN Part-time Work From Home: No Position Overview As a PRN Family Medicine physician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and fostering strong connections within the community. Collaborate with our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages. What We Need We are seeking an ideal candidate who is dedicated to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues alike. Work collaboratively with all members of the medical team to deliver personalized care and enhance the overall patient experience. What You Can Expect Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PRN Schedule: Enjoy a flexible PRN schedule with no weekends or holidays, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Patient Volume: Expect an average outpatient volume of 20-22 patients per day, providing ample opportunities for patient interaction and care delivery. Shared Call: Participate in a shared call schedule of 1:4 with a Nurse Triage System in place to support patient needs. Oversight Responsibilities: Provide oversight to two Nurse Practitioners, ensuring collaborative care delivery and optimal patient outcomes. Telehealth Services: Take advantage of telehealth offerings to provide convenient access to care for patients. Common Diagnoses: Address a variety of common diagnoses, including child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure.
