Initial full-time coverage required, with the expectation to transition to 2-3 weeks of coverage per month once a supplemental physician is onboarded. Practice Setting : Focused on inpatient rehabilitation with no outpatient responsibilities. No call duties, providing a stable work-life balance. EMR System : Utilize the Epic EMR system for all patient documentation and management. Certification and Licensing : Must be board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Fellowship training is preferred but not required. Must hold an active license to practice in Washington or be eligible for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Practice Details: Practice Setting : Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Support Staff : Work within a collaborative team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a well-supported environment. Holidays : Coverage includes major holidays: New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
