Summary
New partnership opportunity with a successful, long-standing private physician run Indi-adjacent emergency medicine team! This group of experienced EM trained physicians is now seeking one additional member to assist in maintaining their high standard of care and replace a long-term partner who is nearing retirement. This position offers partnership day one with a base plus profit sharing compensation model that is one of the most lucrative in the region. Strong specialty back up and double/triple physician coverage around the clock keep things running smoothly and allow the physicians to work at a moderate, enjoyable pace under 2 patients per hour. Scheduling is also more flexible than most with a low number of required hours. The hospital also offers a generous sign on bonus and student loan assistance program in addition to a relocation allowance. Provider satisfaction is very high here with an average partner longevity of over 10 years.
