What You'll Do: Provide obstetric and gynecological care for low and high-risk pregnancies, including routine deliveries, cesarean sections, and complex obstetric procedures. Conduct obstetric ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, and interpret FHR assessments. Perform gynecological office procedures such as IUD insertions, cystoscopies, colposcopies, cryosurgery, and LEEP. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals during scheduled call shifts, with no supervisory responsibilities required. Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system for documentation. Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in a busy clinical and hospital setting. Required Skills: Active and unrestricted medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one. Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, including low and high-risk pregnancy management. Proficiency in obstetric procedures, labor, and delivery practices. Strong ability to interpret fetal monitoring and perform obstetric ultrasounds. Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced obstetric ultrasound interpretation. Familiarity with gynecological minor procedures such as colposcopy and LEEP. Previous work in hospital and clinic settings with Epic record systems. Ability to manage complex obstetric cases and varied patient populations. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN. Minimum of 2 years practicing in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a hospital setting. Other Requirements: Must participate in required call schedule (1 in 5 days, 1 in 10 overnight/weekends). Willing to send travel arrangements four weeks prior to assignment; includes flight up to $750 round trip, lodging up to $150/night, and car rental reimbursement. Must have malpractice insurance covering services rendered. Ability to work independently yet collaborate with an existing team of OB/GYNs and mid-level providers. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate. Weekly pay via direct deposit. Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2). Robust referral bonus program.
