Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p Patients per day: 20-25 Practice Setting: Clinic Scope: Urgent Care State Licensure: Wisconsin state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified or Board Eligible, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified. Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks Facility Location Experience the entertainment, celebration and fun of the City of Festivals, where a thriving seaport combines with great neighborhoods and a small-town atmosphere.
