This role involves 8A-5P shifts with call responsibilities, focusing on rounding on a inpatient unit and managing calls from a ED unit, including overnight calls. This is an excellent opportunity to provide critical psychiatric care. Responsibilities and Duties Rounding on a inpatient unit Taking calls from BAC from 7A-11P, covering a unit within the ED Taking overnight calls from 1A-11P, typically 0-3 calls per night Seeing cases involving bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, co-occurring disorders, and some substance abuse Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Psychiatry EMR: Epic Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
