Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: 37 hours/day physician coverage
- Job Setting: Level III Trauma Center, 33-bed Emergency Department with 3 trauma bays, 50,000 annual ED visits
- Types of Cases: Advanced trauma capabilities, 13 cardiac-monitor beds, specialty care rooms (ENT, Orthopedics, GYN, etc.), moderate sedation procedures
- Credentialing: Documentation of case logs for past 2 years, completed CME Attestation Form during application process, 10-year claims history
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certified - ABEM/AOBEM or current ABMS-recognized specialty with at least five years continuous full time experience in high volume (>30,000 visits per year) emergency department
- Certifications: BLS, Flu (within current flu season), TB (past 12 months) or Chest X-Ray with positive TB Vaccinations, COVID
- Licensure: Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA
